Mindfulness and Stress Management

We are both formally trained in mindfulness, Nicole through Breathe for Change, and Meghan holds a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Mindfulness from Lesley University. We have both also completed yoga teacher trainings.

That said, our most valuable experience has come from working directly with countless students—prioritizing their social and emotional well-being not just during the college and career process, but throughout their entire high school journey.
